Ordering

By ordering Products through our Website, you confirm that you wish to make a contract with us for the purchase of those Products at the prices indicated on the date and time at which you place your order.
We reserve the right to change the prices of the products from time to time as the case may require, for example, in the periods in which there are promotions on products, rewards programs, or mispriced products. If the declared price of the products when your order is less than the correct price, we will contact you to let you know and obtain your directions regarding the purchase before accepting your order.
Please note that completing an online purchase or sending our confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. However, your order is considered acceptable to us only when it is delivered to you and the full amount of money is collected.
You can review submitted orders and their current status at any time by visiting our website.
If we are unable to supply the products you ordered and we did not complete your order for any reason we will inform you. This may be due to unavailability of the required quantity, out of stock, fraud, or because we found an error in the price of the product. If you have paid for those products, we will refund the full amount you paid to the card you used for payment as quickly as possible according to the applicable procedures.
You can cancel or modify your order at any time during working hours by contacting customer service unless our confirmation message has been sent to ship the order, in this case we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.
Beets for Project Management Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without giving reasons.
Sales of Beets for Project Management Company are limited to personal and domestic use only.

Payment options

You can choose between the available payment methods through credit cards, debit cards, direct debit coupons, your BEETS wallet balance or cash on delivery.
Please note that the maximum for the cash payment service upon receipt is the amount of 10000.00 Egyptian pounds for a single order. In the event of an increase in the amount, please contact customer service.
The cost of the cash payment service is estimated upon receipt, according to the type of products required, or for free, according to the available offers.
