Returns

You can return the product within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
The product must be unused and in the same original condition as it was at the time of delivery and in its original packaging.
For returns, the receipt, purchase invoice, or proof of purchase is required.
Any items whatsoever that were given with the products purchased free of charge must also be returned.
You must handle carefully any products you wish to return, and in addition to not using them, they must be preserved in their original form.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession, and we can refuse your request for return or exchange.
Please note that the time limit is according to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in cases of offers, special conditions will apply according to the offers.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of receiving it, and we will notify you immediately of the refund status after product check.
Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment that you made, minus any delivery fees you paid.
A full refund, including delivery fees, is made in case the order is canceled before receiving our confirmation message of shipping the order, or in case a wrong or damaged product is delivered or not matching your request.
In the case of cash payment, the money is added to the BEETS wallet of your account on our website and to transfer the money to your personal bank account or through the electronic wallet or any of the available money transfer methods, please contact customer service during working hours to implement requests for money transfers, noting that the implementation of the request may take from 1-6 working days.
In the case of payment by credit or debit cards, please note that the return process may take a certain number of days, as it depends on the procedures of the bank you use.
