Please note that delivery fees and times may vary depending on the type of products ordered, the services you have chosen, and the delivery address.
We will do our best to deliver the Products to your address on the estimated delivery time /date which is specified in our order confirmation email.
If we are unable to stick to the delivery/receiving date, we will contact you as soon as possible to set another estimated date. We will let you know when the order will be ready for delivery to the specified address, as applicable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that he is present at the time of delivery, and sometimes if no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery date, according to the circumstances and procedures followed.
The risk of the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, (as appropriate) and we will not be obligated to return or exchange the products in case that the address you specified is incorrect.
Sometimes, the supply of the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as a shortage of raw materials and production materials or a higher demand than expected). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed. However, we shall have no responsibility to you for such a delay or failure to deliver.

Electronic payment

You must have your personal ID card as the owner of the order upon delivery, you will be asked to sign your full name on a copy of the order receipt, and you will also be asked to provide our employee with your ID number.

Once you complete your purchase, we will process your order. We will send you a confirmation message to the email address you entered with the products you have purchased, and their prices.
